  • We recommend using the device’s system zoom features.

Contrast and colours

  • The application generally follows the system contrast settings.
  • If necessary, use the device’s “high contrast” or “dark mode” features.

Navigation

  • The application can be navigated using both touch gestures and screen reader navigation.
  • Interactive elements are labelled and arranged logically.

Notifications

  • The application sends notifications to deliver critical information.
  • We recommend keeping notifications enabled.

If accessibility issues occur during use, please contact us (contact details below).

Compliance status
This mobile application does not comply with the accessibility requirements for the reasons listed below.

Content and functions that are not accessible
The content and functions listed below do not comply with legal requirements.

Text resizing does not function correctly.

When changing the font size in iOS settings, headings on several screens are no longer fully visible. Images in tables on some screens become very small when larger font settings are used.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.1.4.4.1 is not met.

All settings in the application except font style do not follow the smartphone operating system settings.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.7 is not met.

Videos in the application do not include subtitles, audio descriptions, or transcripts.

YouTube videos do not include subtitles, audio descriptions, or transcripts.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirements 11.1.2.2, 11.1.2.5, 11.1.2.1.1 and 11.1.2.3.1 are not met.

Opening buttons and links in the application with a keyboard does not work as required.

Several application functions cannot be used with an external keyboard.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.2.1.1.1 is not met.

Focus does not move logically when using a keyboard.

Keyboard focus moves incorrectly on screens: the main navigation of the application is located at the bottom of the screen, but keyboard focus moves to navigation elements last (after moving through the main screen content).

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.2.4.3 is not met.

Content is not read to screen reader users in the same order as visually presented in the application.

On several screens, the screen reader reads elements and content in a different order from how they are visually presented.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.1.3.2.1 is not met.

In some places, information or instructions may depend on visual characteristics (e.g. colour, location, or design) without being presented in an alternative way.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.1.3.3 is not met.

In some places, colour is the only means used to distinguish visual information. This information is also not read aloud by the screen reader.

In the household supplies checklist section, only differently coloured dots are used to convey information. In addition, there is an issue with the active navigation element.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirements 11.1.4.1 and 11.1.4.11 are not met.

Images lack proper text alternatives.

On several screens, the screen reader reads images incorrectly: illustrative images/icons that should be hidden are read aloud, while informative images are not read aloud.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.1.1.1.1 is not met.

Screen orientation is locked.

The application only works in portrait orientation.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.1.3.4 is not met.

The purpose of links is not understandable with a screen reader.

On several screens, links are presented as URLs, making their actual purpose unclear for screen reader users.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.2.4.4 is not met.

The name read aloud by the screen reader does not match the visible name.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.2.5.3.1 is not met.

Not all status messages may be automatically communicated through VoiceOver, meaning users may not receive immediate feedback about the results of actions.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirement 11.4.1.3.1 is not met.

Information and labels of user interface elements, visually conveyed information, and relationships between some table rows and columns are not accessible to screen readers.

On several screens, the screen reader reads buttons and interfaces using untranslated English names or in an unclear manner. The screen reader also fails to correctly identify many clickable elements, reading them as plain text without indicating interactivity.

In some tables, the screen reader reads only the contents of cells but does not convey their relationships with row and column headers.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirements 11.5.2.5, 11.5.2.8, 11.4.1.2.1, 11.1.3.1.1, 11.5.2.6 and 11.5.2.10 are not met.

Some functions cannot be used with voice commands.

It is not possible to activate some elements using voice commands, and the value of input fields is not read aloud.

Due to this deficiency, accessibility requirements 11.5.2.12 and 11.5.2.7 are not met.

The content and functions listed below are outside the scope of applicable legislation

  • The depression screening test is excluded from the scope under Article 1(4)(e) of Directive 2016/2102 because the application developer does not finance, develop, or influence this content.
  • Third-party YouTube videos have been added to the application as supplementary information, and the same content is also available in text form in the same chapter where the video appears.
